What is Stock to Flow Ratio?

The stock to flow ratio compares two things:

The real Bitcoin price vs the projected price by the stock to flow model.

Example

Let’s show a sample stock to flow ratio.

Let’s assume the following:

• The Bitcoin price is $50,000
• The stock to flow expected price is $25,000

This would result in a stock to flow ratio of 2.0.

$50,000 / $25,000 = 2.0
